Today I visited Mexican Lindos and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant itself felt very cramped and not very spacious. After being seated, I waited for my husband to find parking and join me. No one brought me a menu, so I had to get one myself and sit down to look it over while waiting for him. A waitress approached me and asked if I was ready to order. I explained that I was still waiting for my husband to arrive. A short time later, while I was still waiting, another couple came into the restaurant. The waitress then asked me to get up from my table so she could seat the new guests there. The couple themselves were kind and insisted that I stay seated, saying they did not want me to move. However, I felt uncomfortable by the situation and decided to get up, return the menu, and leave the restaurant. I never had the opportunity to place an order or try the food because of how the situation was handled. The customer service I experienced was rude, unprofessional, and very disappointing. The atmosphere and treatment I received completely turned me away from dining there. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend dining in at this establishment. Perhaps takeout may be a better option, but my experience with the service was enough to ensure that I will not be returning. My cousins treated me yesterday to drinks and a meal following my mother's funeral. My enchiladas roja and strawberry watermelon margarita were so delicious. I really appreciate the staff and owners for allowing such a large party to dine in their establishment last minute. I am grateful for them. You made that sad day much more bearable. Thank you! My daughter and I just came out of this restaurant! Mexico Lindo is no Lindo at all! Their service is awful! We were dining in and ordered our food ! I ordered the Mexico Lindo nachos with steak and my daughter ordered a steak tacos meal! It took forever for our food to arrive! We waited about 45 minutes to an hour ! The girl that was serving never came to our table to ask us if everything was ok or even to say that our meal would soon be up ! We had to ask her for more chips and salsa , we were both hungry ! Only to tell us that they didn’t make green salsa and that’s when she mentioned the food was coming soon ! We only ordered tacos and nachos! How long could that take ! Well, the food finally arrived only to see my daughters tacos were soaking in grease and there was no way she was going to eat that and my nachos were so cold that the cheese had hardened up as if they had been sitting there for an hour ! When I went up to her to show her , she said, I can reheat them for you and I said no and I showed her my daughter’s tacos and she said ! I can have them make some new ones for you and we both said no ! The girl looked very upset and she said don’t worry ! You don’t have to pay , you can go , with an attitude!! Never again will we step in this restaurant! This was our first time going there and we even offered to pay our drinks and she said no , just go ! We left ! Sally V !! Never going there again.
