I have been coming here for a few years now, not sure if management has changed. I would always come here to grab quick gifts, products are good but i mainly chose this place as an alternative to taking sweets as gifts all the time for hosts. Recently i have noticed a charge $9 fee for a disposable plastic tray? This charge was definitely a recent charge in the past yr or so. Its quiet ridiculous, if im paying $40-50+ for a tray, the least you can do is wrap it up nicely for that cost. I refused get it the last trip i made, he suggested bags as the other option (usually a nicer white packaging) instead i got cheap brown lunch bags to hold the $48 nuts. How pathetic, if you cant manage to cover the cost of rent and proper packaging then maybe look into getting some help figuring it out. Wont be back. Consistency is key and your cheapness has lost you a customer.

i actually haven’t eaten here, but i drive past it basically every single day and couldn’t help but notice the AI slop this establishment has as “advertisement”. they’ve had the same AI generated sign outside their store right by the road for like ~2 years now. it’s a big poster sign of people eating and visibly enjoying this establishment‘s supposed pizza. so ridiculous. if I know you’re gonna cheap out and cut corners on advertisement and marketing then i know you’re gonna cut corners on product. don’t forget AI slop is unprofessional and makes your store/business look like scam. take this free constructive criticism and grow.

I’ve only been to Mezos Roastery once, but I can confidently say the experience was great. The coffee was amazing, the pizza was even better, and the people were extremely friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
