A friend and I had birthdays on Sunday and Monday, so we turned taco Tuesday into an impromptu girls night. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice (albeit) hot evening taking pics, drinking, and enjoying some good food. Our waiter was amazing and was on top of everything. We had a toddler in our group with allergies, so when it came to desert, they brought him out an entire plate of whipped cream; his face was priceless! The food and drinks were great and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. Definitely an A+ from the group and we will be back! Ok the food saved this place from 1 star... arrived sat @ the bar was given chips and salsa quickly and utensils (fyi not that busy 3-4 tables per 5 servers) no menu and ordered a drink and a water (got the water no drink I think my server was high) .... sat patiently waiting for a menu for a good 10 mins without the drink I ordered tried to reorder it don't know what the problem was... ordered 2 tacos pointed directly to it on the menu and somehow got 3 and was overcharged for a different sized order.... that aside omfg space cadet comes and asks after I'm finished eating would I like a togo box I'm like yes...I was interested so I timed it 10 mins b4 he realized I was still there and walked over and asked me if I wanted a togo box ️luckily for me I was just killing time b4 meeting sum1 !!! The servers were attentive, managing our drink and food orders with impressive precision. They seemed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them, ensuring our glasses were never empty and our plates were always satisfying. When my son experienced cramps, the staff was quick to assist with mustard, ice, and a folded tablecloth for the ice pack, demonstrating a level of care and responsiveness that was truly remarkable. The food itself was a delightful exploration of flavors, each dish crafted to please the palate with authentic Mexican zest. But it was the exemplary service that truly set Mi Cancun apart. We left not just satisfied with the meal, but profoundly impressed by the attentiveness and energy of the entire staff. I highly recommend Mi Cancun for anyone looking for not just great food, but an outstanding dining experience. We will definitely be back!
