Kathy, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for stopping in when you're in town. I'm sorry your visit didn't live up to your expectations. Undercooked fish is never acceptable, especially after you specifically asked for it to be cooked thoroughly. I'm equally disappointed that your server wasn't back to check on your meal before bringing the bill. Had we known, we would have gladly prepared a fresh order or made it right while you were here. I've shared your feedback with both our kitchen and service teams so we can address what happened. We appreciate you giving us your honest feedback, even though it's difficult to hear.
