We went here for lunch based on the glowing reviews. It was absolutely worth crossing a bridge for. Authentic, scratch-made food and delightful service. The bowls would be a good value even before you bring a whole meal worth home with you. We tried pork, chicken and beef and all 3 were tender, juicy and well spiced. Rice and beans were spot on. We had empanadas and ordered a second batch to take home. The dough is made from scratch and has perfect texture and flavor. The domino table is a great touch. Highly recommend trying this place. It’s actually pretty easy to get to from the city, Ohio River suburbs or Mount Washington. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband and I had lunch there today and everything was amazing. The food was delicious. The Cuban coffee and guava lemonade were perfect. The staff was so friendly. The restaurant is decorated so cute. So happy to have an authentic Cuban restaurant in Pittsburgh. The Cuban sandwich was absolutely amazing — easily one of the best I’ve had. Perfectly toasted bread, flavorful pork, and everything tasted fresh. You can tell they put care into the food. Definitely coming back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
