I did not even receive my food and was lied to about it being delivered. Was treated like absolute shit by the owner - he even told me he "didn't want to hear it". He refused to listen to me or even consider that his driver may have made a mistake. I am appalled by their behaviour towards a customer who simply just wanted their food. My order was also made at 11am to be delivered at 5pm so there was no excuse for this to happen.

So I thought I'd treat myself to a takeaway this evening due to being poorly the night before from Pizzaomore, which was an hour wait with an additional 15 minutes waiting time. The incorrect order came, two rolls (calzone) and not a meal (chips included), the drink was correct however but no side of jalapeno cream cheese. I spoke to the delivery guy and guy called Saff from the takeaway. I was ensured I'd get the correct order, which then took another hours wait and then the food arrives, I bit into what I thought was a paneer roll (vegetarian) which was from the order from before which is now cold, which I found to be chicken! Absolutely disgusted! As vegetarian of nearly a year and half, I feel sick. Vile customer service from the branch. I spoke to Just Eat directly, luckily I've received a 50% voucher discount but no refund. Never again, ugh!

Wouldn't even rate this one star - poor food, soggy. Even called to check our order and still got it wrong
