I wanted to inform you that working with gloves is well established as safety risk in food industry and scientifically, since it provides false sense of security to food producers, who fail to change gloves regularly or attempt to wash gloves ( something that is a hazardous practice). The only time we are supposed to wear gloves is if we have any cuts or injuries. Since you stated that you have low immune system, I wanted to warn you that gloves in a restaurant may endanger your health gravely. If you would love us to send you information on that as well as our health inspector to contact you to confirm that, we would be happy to do so. I understand that youe feelings about the subject may trump the advice we have from health department and would of been more than happy to wear gloves just for you, rather than leave you unhappy and left to think that this is the only way to react to your experience.
