Khetiwe is extremely rude. I went to Milky Lane and ordered 2 waffles. Someone came in to visit Khetiwe and instead of worrying about our order she took 20 minutes to talk to that person. When I eventually walked over to ask her how long she said she will be 3 minutes. I then waited another 5 minutes and walked over and she then tells me she has no nuts. I asked for a refund and she did not say anything she pushed one waffle at me and walked to call the manager. The person she was talking to then begins to argue with me. Disgusting! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I paid just over R50 for a “waffle “ which looks like a pancake basically because it is so thin. I waited over 10 minutes for this while there were no other customers at the stall. I kept asking how much longer. The employees were not friendly and kept speaking Zulu when I was clearly speaking English. I should have checked my order at home but I didn’t expect this from your business. The “waffle “ was cold and hard as well I didn’t even eat it and I wouldn’t even give my dog. What a waste of my money. Since I can’t get hold of this business I’ll leave my complaint here Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently tried the waffles at Milky Lane, and they were absolutely delicious! The waffles were freshly made and had the perfect texture - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The toppings were also amazing - I loved the combination of fresh fruit, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. The portion size was generous, and I felt like I got great value for my money. The staff was also very friendly and provided great service, making my experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend the waffles at Milky Lane and can't wait to go back for more!
