My husband and I chose to Millstone to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We normally do a weekend trip to Knoxville every year, but decided to stay local this year. I have been waning to try Millstone for a couple months now and we were so pleased. We didn’t miss our annual trip as much because every single staff member made our evening so special! They were phenomenal! Every single person that we came in contact with wished us a happy anniversary! That small touch made my husband and I feel so special and seen. You can tell they are genuine and just a breath of fresh air. Millstone is my new favorite restaurant in Lexington now! The food would absolutely delicious. I had the shrimp and grits and my husband had the burger. They were both fabulous. We also had the yeast rolls and they were also very yummy! Every thing we had was wonderful. The staff, the building, the atmosphere, the food, and the drinks were . We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for taking so much pride in creating such a wonderful experience!

This is one of the finer restaurants in Lexington. This was our first visit. It won’t be the last. We had the bread from the starter menu - outstanding. We followed with the warm beat salad - amazing. For entrees, my wife had the short ribs and I had the shrimp and grits - both unbelievably good. The service matched the quality of the food - our serving staff were knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We will make Millstone one of our regular dining experiences.

I had traveled all day and treated myself to dinner at Millstone. It was delicious. I had wine, the pimento cheese appetizer, short ribs, and a very decadent cheesecake. Service was spot on. Beautiful dining room. I can’t wait to take my husband here next time we are traveling through Lexington.
