Yesterday on the 4th of July, my friends and I had the most wonderful experience at **Mini Bar Seattle**—what a hidden gem tucked along the Northlake Way trail! We were so grateful they stayed open and welcoming on a holiday, offering that warm, family-run hospitality from owner Jane and her team that instantly made us feel at home in their cozy, historic spot. The Korean fusion street food was outstanding—loaded kimchi fries bursting with flavor from her grandmother’s recipe, tender pork belly, crispy wings, and creative cocktails that kept the celebration lively and delicious. The vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere was perfect for sharing plates, laughter, and good vibes all evening. Jane’s genuine care and attentiveness turned a simple night out into something truly uplifting and memorable. Thank you, Mini Bar, for being there and making our Independence Day extra special—we’ll be back soon! I hadn't been to Mini Bar in almost a year, and somehow it gets better every time. This place truly has amazing vibes. Super reasonably priced drinks and dishes. The atmosphere inside is great. The service was immaculate. They were so attentive, friendly, and helpful. Our food and drinks came out insanely fast considering we sat down at the same time as three other groups. Young people, older folks, cocktail connoisseurs , snackers, vibe searchers, whoever you may be - you gotta check this place out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Grab a drink and some yummy food. This spot has a fun vibe. They are pet friendly and my friend's dog was extra grateful for the bacon and rice bowl The staff is super sweet! I got the Kung Pao chicken in a pineapple and it was delicious (I haven't had this dish before because I have a peanut allergy - so I was definitely excited to order this). We split a sake sampler and it was nice. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
