Mio Streetfood in Bothell has no business being this good. The burritos are packed and perfectly built, the tacos are the real deal, and the habanero salsa is genuinely amazing - bold heat, great balance, not something you expect to be this dialed in. Every single visit has been consistent, which is honestly the hardest thing to pull off. The service is fast and friendly. I've eaten a lot of Mexican food across Washington and nothing else has come close. If you're anywhere near Bothell, just go. If you're looking for incredible tacos in Washington, Mio Street Food is a must-visit. What started as a random find turned into one of our best meals recently. The veggie and veggie-blend tacos are expertly crafted, the latter featuring a delicious mock meat. Every one of their four salsas is excellent, particularly the thick green variety. The atmosphere is inviting with plenty of comfortable seating. We enjoyed the food so much we went back for seconds immediately. Very very affordable and served piping hot. Would I come back?
