Had such a wonderful evening here! The atmosphere was great and the drinks and service were awesome! So glad we made it here before it's gone!

I think the hosts are a little confused on how to seat people. We got there at 6:30, was told there was 87 people in front of us, no big deal we knew we would have to wait. Came back when the app said there was 7 people ahead of us so I checked back with the host. There were many open tables and she seated us right away. I’m confused why I wasn’t contacted earlier that a table was open for me. Drinks were okay. Atmosphere was great! We got generous looking shots in a glass the first time and the second time we went we got served tiny little shots in a shot glass. Service was okay, but I’ll be lenient since they were clearly busy.

We went to Miracle with very high hopes, hoping to spread some Christmas cheer. We got to wayward around 8, put our name in and was told we had 65 people ahead of us. We went to another place eagerly waiting to be called. We received our call at midnight that we could now enter the bar and rushed to get to Miracle before we were told we missed our time slot. Once we arrived, the bar was sparsely packed for a place we had waited 4 hours to enter. We did enjoy the decor and the holiday drinks. But our night ended on a not so cheery note . As we were happily enjoying our cocktails and conversations we heard rudely and loudly from the bartender behind us "you can continue this conversation outside!" Without realizing it, the time had gotten past closing. Instead of being told in a friendly manner that the bar was closing, we were yelled at by remaining bar staff to "get the fuck out". I completely understand the frustration of having customers stay past closing, and would have left if informed earlier that it was after closing in a friendly manner but was very shocked at how rude and unprofessional all staff were.
