This seriously made our day. Thank you for taking the time to write it. We love being part of West Seattle, and hearing that Mission is your favorite spot means a lot to our whole team. I’ll make sure they see this. Also appreciate you calling out the vegetarian options, we put a lot of thought into making sure there’s something great for everyone. Fridays can get pretty busy here, but that’s on us to manage, and it sounds like we missed the mark on both timing and execution during your visit.
