It’s a terrible experience for the staff when they encounter an unprofessional Dasher who doesn’t follow DoorDash instructions. It’s called Virtual brand in case you are not familiar with it. But as a dasher working for DoorDash, it’s a basic skill set you should have to read pick up instructions when you go to each and every restaurant. We do respect and appreciate all dashers who come to our restaurant but we also have zero tolerance for people disrespect our staff. Besides, if you look closely there is a sign says Mocha right in front of the restaurant. You choose not to read instructions and not look closely for the sign and pass your negative feelings to our staff, that is not acceptable here. And if you want to become a successful dasher, please read instructions follow rules and have respect for people who works for the restaurant.
