My body language upon entering your establishment was a direct response to the energy that was presented to me and my guest. It was not initiated without cause. Respectfully, professionalism in customer service is expected regardless of personal demeanor or assumptions, and the conduct we experienced did not reflect that standard. Additionally, your statement implying that the behavior described is simply how your staff “normally presents themselves” is concerning, as it reinforces the very issue outlined in my original review. Customer service should not be excused under the guise of personality or familiarity. I also want to make it clear that this was not an isolated concern. There are multiple public reviews referencing similar experiences with the same staff member, and I have retained screenshots documenting these consistent complaints. This establishes a pattern that should be taken seriously rather than dismissed as a misunderstanding. While I appreciate the invitation to review footage, I stand firm in my account of the experience. My intention in leaving a review was not to create conflict, but to bring awareness to a legitimate concern regarding customer treatment. Moving forward, I will be escalating this matter publicly by sharing my experience, along with supporting documentation, to ensure transparency and accountability. Mochinut in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is probably a 5 star though I gave it 4. The only reason I said 4 is because the variety of donuts available seems kind of small and though the donuts looked interesting because of the small variety you would definitely have to know you like and want that particular mix of donut whatever it may be. It's a highly unusual and untraditional way of making a donut. But they did look tasty enough to say you should try them out. This is a popular spot for Korean-style treats for a reason I'm sure. Specializing in mochi donuts, Korean corn dogs, and boba tea. It's located in the Renaissance at Colony Park and offers a variety of sweet and savory options, including unique flavors for their donuts and corn dogs, with some people praise the drinks and fresh-made options. Menu highlights would be: Mochi Donuts: A mix of Hawaiian, Japanese, and American donut styles, with flavors like chocolate, cookies & cream, and churro. Korean Corn Dogs: Options include half-and-half (mozzarella and beef) and Hot Cheetos-crusted varieties. Boba & Drinks: A wide selection of teas, including Peach Mango Lemonade and Brown Sugar Boba.
