I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the experience I had at MOD Pizza thanks to Aden, I genuinely felt obligated to say something. In a world where customer service often feels rushed, robotic, or completely nonexistent, Aden was the exact opposite — and honestly, one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered anywhere. From the moment I walked in, Aden greeted me with such genuine energy and kindness that it immediately changed my entire mood. You can tell when someone is just “doing their job,” and then you can tell when someone actually cares about people. Aden cared. He was patient, attentive, funny, and unbelievably professional all at once. Even during what looked like a busy rush, he somehow managed to make every customer feel important and welcomed. What truly stood out was how he handled everything with confidence and positivity. He answered questions like he actually wanted to help, gave amazing recommendations, and made the entire ordering experience feel effortless. Watching him work was honestly impressive — balancing speed, accuracy, and friendliness like some kind of customer service superhero. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants where employees look miserable to be there, but Aden brought such a positive atmosphere that the entire restaurant felt lighter because of him. And the pizza? Perfect. Not just because of the ingredients, but because Aden made the experience memorable. Food always tastes better when someone puts genuine care into serving you, and that’s exactly what happened here. MOD Pizza seriously needs to recognize how valuable Aden is. Employees like him are incredibly rare. He didn’t just provide “good service” — he created an experience that people actually remember long after they leave. In an era where exceptional customer service feels almost extinct, Aden restored my faith that there are still amazing people out there who take pride in what they do. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Aden deserves every bit of recognition possible. I’ll definitely be coming back, and a huge reason why is because of him. Was in a few days ago, it was great. The people working there are all friendly and the food was good and ordering/waiting for food really didn't take very long. Overall a great experience. Also very clean Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Build Your Own Pizza, Cheesy Garlic Bread
