Mod spuds is awesome. Each jacket potato on the menu is delicious and leaves you satisfied. My favorite item is the classic mod spud that is topped with English baked beans and expertly made chili con carne. A close second is the mouth watering Malaysian spud which is topped with rendang (Malaysian slow cooked sweet and spicy beef). The staff is very nice and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and catered to. The price isn't too steep for the amount of food you receive. There are great vegan/vegetarian options and everything on the menu is gluten free. The atmosphere presents a 60s mod vibe as the name entails which is fun and laid back. Overall this place is a great addition to south street. I highly recommend giving them a visit for lunch or dinner. Everyone is soooo nice. Came in by myself and left with two new friends. The food? Delicious. Although I love a baked potato, at Mod Spuds is just the vehicle for a meal.... if not two. I had the Philly Cheesesteak spud with a fried egg and jalapenos. Can't wait to go back and try the veggie one with BBQ jackfruit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
