The fish was very white and the batter was very crisp, in fact just like the fish and chips in the UK. When in Mojacar you really must visit this restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

Fish was good. Fishcake was the kind of thing you bulk-buy at Costco. Chips were stale and many had those greenish-grey streaks that I'd cut out of potatoes if I were cooking at home. Restaurant was clean if a little bare. Service was polite and efficient. We ordered takeaway from Mojácar Cod last night. It arrived quickly, which was great, but unfortunately the food itself was fairly average. The fish and chips were okay, but the batter had already started to go soggy by the time we arrived back at the apartment — and we’re only about a two-minute drive away. The curry sauce was also quite watery. After reading the reviews on Google, I expected a bit more, especially for €15.95 which feels quite expensive for what we received. Not terrible, but a little disappointing overall. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
