Bought a Kuhn Rikon saucepan last week. When I bought it home and unpacked it, I found that there was a dent in it. I returned it to the store today with the receipt but was told that they will not exchange or refund it even though the product was damaged on receipt. Absolutely disgraceful customer service

I have been a customer of this nofrills since it first opened. I am disgusted by their lost prevention staff following a certain race around. Imagine being an innocent customer going to the grocery store and being followed around every aisle is so uncomfortable .My daughter was once accused of stealing chicken breast which she paid for and they didn't apologize to her and left her traumatized by the way they treated her.I myself went to the store and was followed around the whole time.Being black doesn't make you suspicious these loss prevention staff lacks proper training.

Friendly cashiers and excellent customer service Fresh meat, fish & poultry counter. Variety of produce, fruits, vegetables, and groceries at reasonable prices. Very clean. Pharmacy on premises. Always busy with neighbourhood shoppers. Lots of parking and easy access.
