While walking in the center we stopped in Piazzetta Vescovado for a pleasant break. In this place there is no possibility of an aperitif at lunchtime, so we have shared some quick proposals suitable for lunch. The guys were very kind and quick with their service, in particular they made us sit at a table for three to have more space even though there were two of us, they immediately noticed that a piece of cutlery had fallen and without even having to ask they brought a replacement. Price with water and glass around 33 euros, obviously compared to the fact of being in the center, a little high, but given the position and the location it's okay. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Nice little place located in the square with the possibility of eating outside while enjoying the beautiful days outdoors. The menu is not extensive and particular while the quality of the dishes is not the best but it is certainly counterbalanced by the excellent courtesy and attention of the waiters. It's a shame that there isn't a classic aperitif formula that would be very welcome after taking a walk through the streets of the centre. One of my favorite places ever. Mon Petit is a small jewel restaurant in the heart of Brescia. The location is not very large, but it is quiet, clean and youthful. The menu offers various dishes based on both meat and fish characterized by refined and peculiar combinations. Delicious. The raw materials are of excellent quality, and you can feel it. The quality-price ratio is medium-high. I reluctantly add that, compared to a few years ago, they have reduced the portions quite a bit, which leaves a little to be desired given the higher price. It depends a lot on the subjective habits of the customer, but, basically, one would expect, with a €15 dish, a medium/abundant dish - something that the layer of perhaps 1cm of basmati rice did not exactly demonstrate. Having said that, I still recommend the Mon Petit Bistrot, a "historic" and unmissable stop when it comes to bs.
