Love this place, great food, amazing staff with good teamwork and communication. They always have a smile on their faces! I come here every time I'm in Sweden. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So today I went to monster chicken uppsala for the first time. My sister has been recommending it even thought during the opening night they had a bad experience (they won to get free food and had to pay 20sek because of a minimum fee) which I already thought oh that's a scam. Then today we go for the crazy Wednesday. Firstly the marketing is misleading. Me and everyone I've spoke to about it agree. That we think the concept comes off as If it is small portions making it easy for new people to try many flavors. Instead the portion it's as much as the normal big portion so basically you're paying more for it. Because I think a normal person could only finish one plate of chicken so it's just stupid idea and a scam. It comes off as a good concept but is just a way to get the average customer to spend more money on the same portion. Even if you did take two portions since it is unlimited refills of chicken not many people would be able to finish it so you'd have to pay the 60sek fee for leaving wings. Anyways. I had booked a table and the waitress was quite unaware and just told us to sit Anywhere . Then she came to ask what we want even tho in the booking we had chose the crazy Wednesday "deal". Anyways. My sister chooses the flavor and she asks if she wants it medium or big portion (once again in the booking we chose the crazy Wednesday). And she mentioned to her and she understood but then for me she still put the medium portion she didn't ask what I wanted. Then okay all that we put aside overall the girl was quiet and distant but it was fine but as a former waitress I expect better. Then here we get to the good part. This girl comes to give our bill and she charge us and my sister takes the receipt. She had put for my sister the 60sek fee for leaving food. Mind you it says if u leave 3+ wings they charge the fee and she had left 1!!!!! So ofc I was pissed but I still calmly go to her and ask why it was and she just says OK I'll give you the money back. No apology no explanation nothing. Even when she billed us she didn't say "I have to give u the 60sek fee because you left food no! She just charged it!??? Okay fine! No problem but then she just goes to the table where my sister who's card we payed with was and she doesn't even say anything just puts the machine on the table which felt aggressive and rude! We hadn't been anything but nice I even told her sorry for the inconvenience like 6 times! We are never rude to waitresses because we know sometimes it can be hard we both have worked in restaurants but I just don't understand. That stupid scam concept of crazy Wednesday and the untrained rude customer service makes us not want to come again and not recommend unfortunately . Also quality of chicken was bad although the sauces were good. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: kr 400–500
