being wrongly refused service is a disgusting way to treat your customers or potential customers.
i highly suggest that you endeavour to train your staff correctly as it is very apparent they do not understand what the guidance is at this current time as your branch is going to loose even more custom than it already has during this difficult time.
it has really left a sour taste in my mouth after that and as a result I don't feel I shall be ever going to a spoons again now.
i advise anyone potentially going to this spoons to show them their own published details on how they are complying with track and trace if they try to refuse your entry because you do not have or want the app.
we got seated in Nandos down the road with no issues and no requirement for the app as it is NOT the law at this time.
