Went for my daughter's birthday. They were able to accommodate us last minute. I don't remember the name of our waitress but she was so kind and amazing! This food was really delicious and we ordered too much they had a card and rose petals on the table

My significant other and I have eaten here over 6 times and never experienced what took place tonight. The red flags was alarmed when we arrived for dinner @7:15pm... the alleged manager of the night Tyler was reprimanding the front seat hostess upon our arrival. We were then seated at a table of which was not wiped or cleaned off with debris of food particles remaining to visibly been seen. I immediately return to the hostess and requested for the table to be cleaned off. Unprofessional the waiter wiped the table fr pushing really crumbs (food particles) to the end of the table leaving apparently and visibly seen. Giving Your restaurant the benefit of the doubt we continued with ordering what we thought would have been a phenomenal experience and our previous ones ... not so. After having to wait for someone to finally take our order I wasn’t impressed at all. Our order was taken and my I order the appetizer Tuna Sashimi mediocre with the hope our dinner would only be Better and Enhanced. Well I order the chef special salmon and seafood scampi it was served cold. My significant other order Hawaiian chicken breast of which was also served cold. I ask the server what happened he volunteered to REHEAT OUR DINER..... I Have Been at this restaurant 6 times and Tonight Was At It’s WORST..... It Becomes WORST....My Significant other open up her napkin to obtain her folk and knife and UNCLEAN NOT WASHED FOLK AND KNIFE WITH FOOD STUCK INTO THE FOLK WAS STILL ON THE UTENSIL.... OMG unbelievable I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED FOOD PARTICLES REMAINING ON SILVER EARE OF WHICH HAD BEEN USED PRIOR AND WRAPPED INTO WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN A CLEAN WHITW TABLE NAPKIN.... I immediately flagged down the Manager Tyler and the only thing he said you want me to get you New Utensils I see you ate food on it.... he couldn’t fable the fact that it’s was dirty silver ware rolled up into table napkin. Not once did he volunteer to CORRECT RESOLVE AND RESOLUTION TO THIS HIDEOUS PROBLEM.....He offered Nothing As If It Was Normal..... I Was Appalled to his unprofessional response and attempted to eat a portion of my meal.... Well needless to say I Wasn’t Successful Completely Turn Off And Just Wanted to Leave. I am Completely DISAPPOINTED ON What Is apparent that Client Satisfaction has NO VALUE In Keeping Your Establishment Open. Reassure I Will NEVER REVIST THIS HORRIBLE UNSANITARY OF A RESTAURANT AGAIN.... MoonFish Thanks For The Turn Off Especially after having paid $119.36 FOR NOTHING UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I PROCEED TO CALL THE RESTAURANT LATER AFTER DEPARTURE. Of course Tyler answered and was not HELPFUL AND OR RESOURCE-FULL AS HENSHOULD HAVE BEENFAILURE YOUR customer Facts UnprofessionalFacts UnsanitaryThanks MoonFish for such HORRIBLE UNSANITARY EXPERIENCE
