I ordered a double cheeseburger from Moonburger, and I have to say it was delicious. The burger was fresh, flavorful, and definitely tasted like quality. The only thing is the price. It is a bit pricey, especially if you’re thinking about making it a full combo. For me, this feels more like a once-in-a-while treat than an everyday burger spot. That being said, the food was good and I enjoyed it. Good burger, good flavor, just be ready for the price. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5

Moonburger in New Paltz is on point but this location falls so short and is a stain on the Moonburger name. They can't seem to follow any sort of directions when it comes to ordering food. 10/10 times they'll put onions on the food when it's clearly stated that the order is plain. Apparently it's standard practice for them to still add grilled onion to something "plain" as if that makes any sense whatsoever. They absolutely do not clean where they cook because even when they do get it right the burger still reaks of onion. I mean this with no offence but the entire staff are stand offish with a very urban attitude that is entirely devoid of good customer service. At this point it's a doordash hack to free food because of how often they completely screw up their orders. Even though the manager himself is very nice, the owners need to audit and overhaul this location asap. As of right now it's just another gas station knock off of a good brand. This was my first time at a Moonburger and it was delicious. The customer service was also excellent. I had ordered my burger a certain way and honestly it came out pretty close but it still had a topping I didn’t want. I mentioned it to the staff and they made me a new burger for free. I was very grateful to them. Thomas Brown and Myeshia B were top notch! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
