Self service milkshake and ice cream from a dairy farm. Small area for very small kids to play and a huge screen showing the cows milking. Milkshakes are great, cold and fresh. Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Refreshing milkshakes (not the thick ones), Mootrition is definitely worth a visit. They use fresh farm milk blended with different flavours, and the milkshakes are delicious and perfect for a hot summer day. The farm has a peaceful atmosphere with a lovely outdoor seating area where you can relax and spend quality time with family while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Another great feature is that you can get milkshakes, coffee, tea, and ice cream 24 hours a day, making it a convenient stop at any time. A refreshing place with fresh milk products and a great family-friendly environment. Highly recommended! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Thanks for a great visit, we all had a brilliant time at Mootrition, our 23 month old in particular loved seeing all the animals. We had a slight issue when choosing the correct size of milkshake, due expecting it would decant into the cups immediately adjacent to the machine. User error on our part but the signage could be better, including on the machine when vending, maybe the words bottle and its size, rather than just an image. It’s good value for money though and the manager was great at understanding our mistake and sorting our issue; excellent customer service. Currently you can only see the cows on a video link , but this is a high quality feed and very interesting to see the process. We were curious about a few things and one of the farmers kindly spent some time talking to us. They have plans for a viewing window where you can see the cows in person and plans so you can get up close to them. They are clearly very progressive and wanting to improve further which is great. Highly recommend visiting, enjoying the atmosphere and some of their milkshakes, of which there are lots of flavours to choose from. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
