Ordered some mini dream cakes for my husbands birthday, they texted me a menu of all the flavors they offer. They were so nice and helpful on the phone, but there was a miscommunication somewhere because I ended up getting muffins. Although I would love to give my husband muffins for his birthday, I would prefer a cake. I'm not sure how I feel about birthday muffins. Called back and they gave me a big dream cake for no charge, which I really appreciate, and will work perfectly for my husbands birthday cake. The atmosphere is so nice and clean, and smells like a bakery! All of the workers are so sweet. 4 stars because the worker who took my order on the phone tried to say I said muffins instead of mini dream cakes, I know I didn't say muffins because I didn't even know they had muffins like that since it was my first time at the bakery. She tried to argue with me but honestly it was the most drama I had in a long time so I enjoyed it . I also so don't agree that the costumer is always right because they are wrong most of the time, but I know I know I told her dream cakes. Anyways the cake and the muffins are delicious and I'll be getting some more of those fire dream cakes for all of my occasions. These dream cakes taste like you are eating a cloud in heaven with your loved ones. I came to this bakery because a student of mine raved about their Dream Cakes. Her and her brother would each get their own Dream cake every year and celebrate their birthdays together. I looked at pictures on Moretti Bakery's website and saw a Grinch cake. Even though my birthday is February 3rd, they were still able to make me a Grinch cake. When I went to pick up the cake, I had to wait about 15 minutes. It wasn't ready yet. All the workers seemed to truly love their jobs. They were super friendly and personable. All the customers coming in were regulars. It felt as if I was in a small town. The Bakery has a real family feel to it. I enjoyed reading all the pictures on the walls. When the cake came out from the back, I was in awe. It was better than the cake they previously made. They took the time to add a few more finishing touches. My cake was a work of art. It tasted delicious. I was one happy customer. Service: Take out
