Absolutely shocking customer service from the guy on the phone he is so rude! Will not be ordering again! Got a kebab was shocking the portion size missing items! Terrible service AVOID Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order from moulin pizza on a weekly basis and have just tried to make an order online but the site was freezing so called in to order.. a man answered the phone and as soon as he answered I could tell he sounded sick of his life however I put my order in and asked to pay by card over the phone (which I do on a regular) the man had a terrible attitude and said no I can’t there busy and I explained the site wouldn’t let me order to his reply being well have you not got cash in the house and seemed very agitated. The call was ended in my advising I will never be ordering from them again to which he replied ok and hung up. Such a shame because the staff are normally very nice. Due to this like I say I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

We are sorry for your inconvenience. This is the first time we are receiving a complain over the website and the payment issues regarding that and we will investigate that. Paying over the phone may not be available all the times and there is no other alternative method at the moment. Hope to see you soon!

Awful avoid. Food was wrong and missing items, rang to discuss snd restaurant would not listen said tough we had food and they did not give refunds and he put the phone down on me! food quality wasn't great, and was cold so we had to reheat. potato skins were inedible with white spots on them ?mould yuck. Good to see other reviews say how bad this place is never again!
