I am writing this review in frustration. I always order at this location for takeout and never dine it. Finally, today I made the biggest regret doing this. I spent over $140 on having a good meal with my dad on Father’s Day. I was told by the staff that we cannot share my salad plate. I’m surprised that they’re telling me that I can’t share my salad. I understand if there was a policy in place saying you can’t come back up for a seconds. But not sharing my salad is a ridiculous policy that they can’t be watching over customers and they’re dine in area. After not finishing my salad because I was unable to share. I went up to the staff to ask for a take-home box. I was really told by the staff they cannot take home my pizza or my salad. After arguing with them, they finally cave, and gave me my pizza box and salad box so I can get out of there. I also ordered churros and they forgot to put the cinnamon on there. I had to go back to them again and tell them about this and they were not happy. Based off of Mountain Mike’s policies over in the corporate side, even if they are privately owned. They allow their customers to take their food home as long as it’s not the buffet food. I’m thinking I will never go back to the San Ramon Location and just spend my money at the Danville location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: USD 100+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Came in at 11:55 am and the employee was being lazy and did not have the buffet setup even tho he was suppose to have it out at 11 am ? I been to other location and they all have it ready never coming back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What's not to like it's Mountain Mike's Pizza. They definitely have a very good pizza perfect crust. The barbecue chicken is phenomenal and I don't even like barbecue that much it has the right flavor and the toppings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
