INCA London is truly one of the best dining experiences in the city. The food is simply incredible from the sushi, which literally melts in your mouth, to the tempura, which is absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere is something special. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and at home. The service is exceptional, and every member of the team goes above and beyond to make you feel genuinely looked after. The entertainment is another reason to keep coming back. There are always amazing live singers, talented dancers, and spectacular performances that make every visit unique and unforgettable. A special mention goes to Leo, who is professional, attentive, friendly, and always makes sure every guest has the best possible experience. I can’t recommend INCA London enough! INCA London certainly knows how to market itself, and visually the venue does deliver on many of the promises shown across its website and social media. The décor, lighting and overall atmosphere are stylish and impressive, and our table position was exactly what we had hoped for. The biggest highlight of the evening was without doubt our waiter. He genuinely made the night for us. Attentive, funny, welcoming and constantly checking in without being intrusive. Service like that is rare and he deserves real credit for elevating the experience. The food itself was good and arrived quickly. Presentation was strong and flavours were enjoyable, which is what you would expect at these prices. That said, portions are definitely on the smaller side, something also mentioned repeatedly in other customer reviews online. If you arrive hungry, expect to order quite a few dishes to feel satisfied. Where the evening became disappointing was the entertainment. INCA advertises itself as a high-end immersive dining and show experience, and based on the promotional material we expected far more variety and progression throughout the night. The first performance was enjoyable and created a good atmosphere, but after that it quickly started to feel repetitive. It was essentially the same performers, same format and same routines repeated with different songs and costumes. One singer performing while dancers moved around the venue in similar choreographed circles each time. After a while the novelty wore off. Interestingly, this seems to be a recurring criticism from a number of guests online, with several reviews also mentioning repetitive entertainment and an experience that did not fully match the hype created by the social media marketing. Overall, INCA feels more like a stylish Instagram-driven experience than a truly exceptional entertainment venue. It is a beautiful setting with strong service and good food, but for the premium prices charged, the entertainment side lacked creativity and variety needed to justify the hype. Had a fantastic experience at Inca! Adele was an amazing waiter — friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was excellent. Highly recommend Inca, and a big thank you to Adele for making our visit even better! Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
