Mozaik cocktail bar

thank you

Hello,We are surprised by your review, as you were part of the same group as the guest who also reviewed us around the same time and explicitly promoted another bar across the street. To be clear, we have no record of your group actually being seated and served at Mozaik, which makes a 1-star review describing our cocktails particularly concerning. We respect genuine negative feedback from customers who have actually experienced our service. However, reviews should reflect an authentic experience at the business being reviewed and should not be used to promote or direct customers towards another business. We have therefore reported these reviews to Google and asked them to investigate whether they comply with Google Maps’ review policies. If you genuinely visited Mozaik and received service from us, we are happy to hear specific feedback about your experience.

Hello Sandra,We respect your opinion and your right to share your experience at our bar. However, your review specifically promotes another business by stating that “across the street is better.”Google Maps does not allow promotional or commercial content in reviews, including content intended to promote another business. Reviews should focus on the reviewer’s genuine experience at the place being reviewed. Υποστήριξη GoogleFor this reason, we will be reporting this part of the review to Google for review under their Maps content policies.Thank you
