Food was fine as was the service but way overpriced for what you get. One egg is $4. The food was also bland and needed salt and pepper which they do not have on the tables. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Just took a closer look at my receipt. Simply because of the "no substitution" for a single pancake instead of 4 half slices of toast, cost went from $14.50 to $18...and asked for less meat (i.e. bacon, no sausage (that would have been an additional$3.50)). This MUST BE a common request, so why not just incorporate it into the menu? Meh- I'm just Just a simple (first-time) customer, making a gentle (perhaps not even new) suggestion. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Dear Guest, we appreciate your feedback and understand where you're coming from. As you noted, we do not offer substitutions on the 2 Egg Breakfast, so the pancake was ordered as an addition. We do have a "Build Your Own Breakfast" on the menu that allows for more flexibility. We are currently updating our menu and changing some of our pricing and will take your comments into consideration. Thanks!

Sadly the only restaurant to serve full breakfast on Daniel Island. Very expensive and the quality was below average. $3 for 3 slices of tomatoes, they were not close to being ripe, $3 for a few pieces of avocado and $9 for 3 scrambled eggs! We ordered at 8am and food came out at 840, it was almost empty in the restaurant. Over $50 with tip for 2 people, very pricey. Also had them put my Diet Coke in a to go cup. The cup was paper, one hour later it was soggy and I had to throw it away. Please use plastic or styrofoam cups!!!! Won't be back unless it's the only option for another business meeting.
