Unsure about how the food could have been old as the young girl made all your food fresh that morning, and and she had it ready for your arrival. You personally complimented Kahlani although your mum said she didnt like the spices, but that was her own preference (her words..) You also took some food home? You did speak to Hannes, and while doing so Kahlani came out to help you, as you were running an hour late with your booked party, which you chose to self manage. I will investigate further to your claims as we have literally just passed a health inspection a week prior, so unsure how there could have been mould and yet be approved fit for use by the health department. I do understand you were upset by having to pay entry for your son, as the entry fee was not included in the platter pricing. You have only paid for the food, you did not pay entry fees. We are happy to hear your son had a great party!

Hi Good mummy We are not sure what you are referring to. Please let us know so that we can investigate it further? The screw has physically been grinded off a significant time ago so am not sure how it can still exist?? We literally presure cleaned and washed the structure, which is more than other centres do, to remove dirt. Should you have any concerns, please come and talk to us so that we know where and what about what your concerns are :)

Hi Roberta Thank you for visiting us anf for your feedback - we will tske that onboard. Regarding the warning signs, I wish we didnt have to put up ANY signs and people would follow the rules as outlined on the two boards we already have. Unfortunately this doesnt happen so we do have to remind people everywhere, otherwise on the flip side, they say they never knew about it. Have a great week, Elanie
