Manuel Alvarado, I thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad you found the space welcoming, and I’m sorry your drinks and parts of the service didn’t feel right to you. Hospitality is our top priority, and we will always remake a drink if it’s not what you were hoping for—whether it’s the flavor, the foam, or anything else. Even if it wasn’t mentioned at the time, we want guests to feel comfortable speaking up so we can fix it on the spot. We share a large parking lot with plenty of available spaces for our guests, so parking is usually not an issue. We also do not charge extra for non-dairy or vegan milks—any milk choice is included in the drink price. For sweeteners, we offer options like brown sugar, cane sugar, sugar packets, artificial sweeteners, and flavored syrups; our team may ask a follow-up question just to make sure we’re giving you the flavor you’re looking for. That said, it’s clear we didn’t leave you with the experience we want our guests to have. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate another chance to make things right.
