We had dinner at Murmures during a visit to Lyon and were thoroughly impressed. The restaurant is intimate and welcoming, with warm and attentive service. What stood out most was the creativity of the cuisine. The dishes were presented as a series of small plates, each combining flavours in unexpected ways that felt thoughtful rather than experimental for its own sake. Several courses were genuine surprises, with combinations we would never have imagined but that worked beautifully together. It was one of those meals that sparks conversation at the table because each dish offers something new to discover. A memorable dining experience and a wonderful example of contemporary French cooking. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic. An amazing discovery. Kind of bistronomy re-invented. Staff perfect, wines delicious. Only the ambiant music was not perfect such as slightly too noisy (ceiling height). Please continue this amazing quest for perfection. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
