A hidden gem! I've never had such a fresh and delicious-tasting musubi in my life. The flavors were insane, and I finished everything in less than 5 minutes. Their menu offers a nice variety of options to choose from, and I was pleasantly surprised by their taco musubi. I really enjoyed the texture and felt that the tempura and calamari went amazing with the rice. * Crunchy Shrimp Musubi : 10/10 - flavor was tasty and enjoyed the combination better than the usual Spam * Crispy Calamari Taco : 8/10 - calamari was so crispy but a bit oily The worker was nice, and we didn't have to wait too long for our order. The interior of the shop is actually quite small, but they offer a decent amount of seating. It's located in a pretty secluded area with a couple of other shops, but it makes finding a parking spot pretty easy. I'm so glad that I got a chance to try this place out and will definitely be back to try out their other flavors! Yummy! Finally tried Musubi Square after seeing these viral musubi tacos all over my feed, and I have to say they were pretty damn good. Ended up trying every flavor and there really wasn't a bad one in the bunch. My top three were definitely the grilled unagi, wagyu feta, and crunchy crumble shrimp. The unagi had great flavor and texture, the wagyu feta was rich and savory, and the shrimp had a nice crunch that made it really satisfying. The Korean BBQ short ribs and spicy yuzu pork ribs were solid too and brought some good variety to the lineup. Overall, I can see why this spot has been getting so much attention. Fun concept, plenty of flavor, and definitely worth checking out if you're around Anaheim. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
