TL;DR - I love this place. There are a few unfair reviews of this restaurant where a poor score was given by the reviewer for reasons outside of the normal scope of a restaurant review. I'll just leave it at that. I wanted to quickly add my voice here since every experience I've had here has been a positive one. This place has a wonderfully landscaped exterior, super comfortable and welcoming interior, kind and hospitable staff who are fast and responsive and food that is affordable, really REALLY good and not some warmed up Sysco slop and a menu which is full of familiar and interesting unique options. Food is prepared fresh in a kitchen with actual ingredients, not uniform processed bulk junk from a freezer or a microwave. It's like what you would make at home - only better - and more varied. This is what a sit-down restaurant used to be and given the quality, prices, size of the menu and unique atmosphere which exudes love, comfort and hospitality, it's what all else should aspire to be more like. I met some friends there on a Fri evening. Staff could not have cared less about customers OR service. Food was cold and pasta was over cooked. I had to call out for refill on water because the staff was too busy talking at the register. When I said food was cold, I got shrugged shoulders, and asked to see a manager. That was ignored as well. Sad, because I'd heard great things about breakfast there. MAYBE service is better then? I will not be back. My rating is zero
