An unforgettable experience that we look forward to repeat. The highlight of our trip to Ensenada and unquestionably the best restaurant we visited. The food is fresh, the dishes sophisticated and complex in texture and flavors. An experience that can only be compared to much more pretentious (and 10x pricey) establishments. The service is personal and we felt right at home; like having dinner with a friend who is a high-end chef and is cooking just for your pleasure. We tried all 4 entree in the menu #17 and each one had its own subtle, pleasant surprise. They spent time explaining us the ingredients and the preparation, how we should eat the dish, what wine to pair. We felt the love and passion they put in the creating and cooking the dishes, and it was a privilege to be part of this. Just amazing. THANKS!
