Bathroom is dirty some locks do not work. Service will not clean table because you're no longer serving food but they encourage you to sit at their tables and drink alcohol to the bar. Very disappointed.

Headed in before a Sixers playoff game. We were early, so put name in for text alert. Waited about 39 mins. Food was better than I expected and service was just better than most places. Our server with a pony tail was friendly and knew what she was doing. Nashville chicken and mahi tacos were both really good. When a place is jammed, organization cures all ills. From text alert to prompt service this is organized, making it a better experience.

My family and I went yesterday to watch the USA women's World Cup game. I even called first to make sure they were playing the game on the big tv at 3:00. We showed up right at the start of the game to our disappointment that the NBC sports arena was closed for maintenance. We were sat in the 1100 social area. We were good with this since they also had TVs. Our very nice waitress took our drink and appetizers orders and informed us we could move into the arena area at 3:30. We were appreciative of this and excited since we came for the big tv. We soon saw our waitress being disciplined by her manager and our waitress soon came over and told us we needed to close out our bill before being moved and apology. Our waitress seemed down because she was inconveniencing us but we were glad to be moved. Once moved into the arena we again witnessed the manager harassing our waitress and another waiter. The place was getting crowded with baseball fans prior to the game. Our waitress came over and apologized that she no longer could wait on us because she was demoted to a drink/food runner. Whatever happen should have been addressed after the shift by the manager. Punishing a waitress or waiter during a crowded time only affects the customers service. I felt sorry for the waitress and waiter because they were publicly being disciplined for what was obviously the managers fault for not scheduling the right amount of staff. Food was good, but the manger was rude and disrespectful to her staff. Also, why no Union flag hung up with the other Philadelphia spirts teams! This was disappointing as well.
