Great service and location. Food could be better... Set high above Jocotepec town and boasting fantastic views of the local area, NOA should be a home run. Unfortunately this place, which ostensibly specializes in ribs, fails to deliver the promised quality. Don't get me wrong, the ribs are ok, but they lack the quality and taste found in other rib joints around the area. Prices are also a little on the high side, given the size of the portions. For all that, service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is excellent. Pro-Tip: Come here for a drink and to enjoy the views/atmosphere. Then go eat in one of the many nearby restaurants. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MX$200–300 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
