This one deserves a longer review. I find it very rare to taste authentic, yet modern, Greek food outside Greece. Unfortunately, most other attempts mess up something (lettuce in Greek salad), take culinary shortcuts, diffuse Mediterranean elements to attract customers. Not this one. Noema, which translates to meaning, is an exception I'd travel to Chicago to remember how great Greek food it. Keep it up folks and come to Texas! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $70–80

Erin totally respect that even that you are visiting and you don’t live in Chicago you took the time to share your experience. Thank you for coming and I am so glad you enjoyed your meal and evening. Chicago is an amazing city with great restaurants and we are so grateful you chose Moema as one of the places to have dinner while you are here. Had a fantastic experience at Noema Restaurant. Beautiful inside the restaurant and the patio outside is a great place to spend the evening. We had the tzatziki spread and beet salad to start. My wife and I split the half chicken and braised rib as our entree. Ilias was a tremendous server. We will be back and we highly recommend Noema! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
