Disappointing service and long waiting times Unfortunately, after two visits, we cannot recommend this restaurant. Our request, which was communicated in advance, was not taken into account in both reservations. That was a disappointing start. However, the waiting times are the real problem. During yesterday's visit, we not only had to wait a long time to be able to order, but then waited a whole hour for our food - with a concept like "all-you-can-eat" via a tablet, this is completely unacceptable. The idea of making small rounds of orders via the tablet only works if the intervals between orders are short. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. When we politely asked to leave after two hours as we still hadn't received any food, the staff became rude. Dealing with guests like this is unacceptable for us. We will no longer visit this restaurant and unfortunately we cannot recommend it to anyone. It's a shame that the interesting concept fails in its implementation. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Unfortunately, we had a terrible evening at Nagoya and eventually left disappointed. We had reserved a table for two people. After we were shown to the table, it took 20 minutes until we received a tablet (upon request from us) and our drink order was taken. After another 20 minutes we asked for the drinks, which were forgotten and then delivered after another (!) 20 minutes. We had already been sitting in the restaurant for 75 minutes and hadn't even received the first order from the tablet order in full until then. So we paid for our drinks and left. The waitress wanted to offer us to prioritize our table now, but the mood was already more than ruined. In addition, the tables around us were starving and would have had to wait even longer. In addition, new tables were constantly being filled with guests and it was foreseeable that the situation would not improve. It's particularly a shame because we're at Nagoya to celebrate an occasion and the evening should be something special for us. The waiter was very friendly, but that was really the only positive thing. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We had a 1 hour journey and unfortunately we were very disappointed. We were in the restaurant from 8:30 p.m. The ambience is very nice. Unfortunately, we have a few points to complain about, which is why we are refraining from visiting again. The price-performance ratio is a complete disaster. €33.90 per person and if you don't order drinks then it's €36.90 per person. Sashimi costs extra. For this price it should be included. There are a few vegetarian options but for this price hardly any vegetarian will get their money's worth. The selection is not diverse enough for that. I also don't think it's a good thing that you're told how much of each dish you MUST eat (because if you give it back - there's a direct surcharge.) At other All You Can Eat buffets you can try it individually, here you're given 3 sushi rolls straight away and if they don't taste good, "choke" them down or pay extra. The fried salmon was a tiny 5x3cm portion, the fried shrimp is a single shrimp (ridiculous) for that you get 40 edamame and a huge bowl of kimchi. True to the motto, you get a lot of cheap food so that we can fill you up as quickly as possible, but you get tiny portions of more expensive food so that you don't eat too much of the "expensive" food. The sushi is good but average. Nothing special. The kitchen is open until 10:30 p.m. Shortly before 10 p.m. the dessert was put away, which put us under a time crunch. The Matcha Tiramisu was already empty when we arrived at 8:30 p.m. We ordered a total of 4 drinks. Here too, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. The drinks, especially the homemade lemonades, are very tasty but at €5.90 per drink they are simply far too little. After 2 lemonades I was still thirsty, but because of the prices I didn't order more. My personal highlight: There was a plastic splinter in the Tuna Maki. Between rice and tuna. I bit on it and unfortunately my gums bleed because it was very sharp and pointed and hurt my palate and tooth. As a result, I could no longer eat spicy foods and generally had less of an appetite. I handed the splinter to the waitress and she apologized. She informed the kitchen and in the kitchen they immediately knew where the splinter came from. A measuring cup apparently broke near the sushi during preparation. And the cook overlooked the splinter. If I had accidentally swallowed this splinter or a child had swallowed the splinter, 99% of the time it would have resulted in a medical emergency. I am not a person who makes a serious fuss and big trouble. I'm too calm and polite for that. Nevertheless, I would have liked a little attention as an apology. Be it a discount, a drink on the house or any other kind of attention. Unfortunately, nothing of the sort came from the restaurant. I am a service person myself and if there is an inconvenience, attention to the guest should be a given. Especially in this high price range. A sharp splinter in the food that injures the guest is not an inconvenience but a serious mistake. Despite bleeding gums and the dessert buffet being cleared, we paid €91.40 for two people. This is really an absolute no-go and borders on outrageous. That was our first and last visit. In the future, we will only go to All You Can Eat restaurants, where we can determine the portions of each dish ourselves. In our area you pay €30.90 including drinks and the sushi there is at least as tasty. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options such as various maki, a veggie roll, veggie gyoza, rice, fried vegetables, edamame etc but for the price it is absolutely not worth going there as a vegetarian. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Süßkartoffelpommes Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
