This place is horrible and the staff is really rude, I ordered a plain poutine and when I asked for water, there was a floating hair in it and when I asked for a new water, they looked at me like like I was lying. I felt uncomfortable how the lobby is looking like, and files flying near me and my food. Service: 1

The food here is great, and Charles deserves a lot of credit for the quality. My concern is with the front desk experience. The staff often don’t seem familiar with the menu prices, and one male staff member repeatedly opens my food containers without gloves on, which feels unsanitary. I didn’t want to make a scene in the moment, so I chose to observe and wait. However, if this same issue happens again, I will be requesting to speak with the manager. I hope these problems can be resolved, because the food itself is excellent.

Good location, rooms are not terrible. Restaurant in hotel has decent food but staff do not check in regularly. Service: 2
