Unfortunately this experience fell well below expectations. I ordered a meal and a starter. My starter arrived but the meal was missing both the chips and drink. After I finished the starter and still hadn’t the chips or drink I went to the counter. I was told they were coming but the chips didn’t arrive until about five minutes later and the drink was still missing so I had to go back to the counter again. When I ate the pita alone the chicken was cold and there was no sauce until the very bottom. While the chips were fresh they had very little seasoning. The staff member at the counter appeared uninterested and as though she didn’t want to be there. Note that I also tried to order from my table using the Nando’s app but it would not recognise the Calamvale as having any Nandos store. I ordered Uber Eats. I love chicken skin, but all of the chicken was extremely burnt, and one piece had the skin completely removed. If it was burnt this badly, shouldn’t it have been remade instead of served like this? This is honestly terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1

Ordered from Nando's Calamvale at 6.26pm. email confirmation said 6.41 ready for pickup. The order being prepared when I got there was 202, mine was 212...I was told I would have to wait about 20 mins more. 20 mins later 202 got their order I got mine 40 mins later, in the meantime I have got 2 text messages saying my order was ready to collect... which it was not. It did not look like the staff could stop for anything, there were 5 staff begins the counter. With the dine in and the takeaway queued up they look short staffed. Seems like the company doesn't have realistic expectations from staff therefore staff and customers have to pay the price. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40
