I am very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I have been to this restaurant before and I am aware that dogs are not allowed inside. I only went in to place my order and then waited outside with my dog, exactly as I have done on previous visits. The last time I visited, the Japanese owner was very polite and respectful, and I had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different. The male staff member working this evening was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome and humiliated, even though I was following the restaurant’s rules. The situation became so uncomfortable that a lady from the kitchen came out, apologised for what had happened, treated me kindly and asked him to step away. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness. I visited today at approximately [TIME], so the management should be able to identify the staff member involved. I hope the owner is aware of how customers are being treated, because one rude employee can damage the reputation of an otherwise good restaurant. Sadly, after today’s experience, I do not feel comfortable returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Naniwa is my go-to sushi spot in London. They have fresh sushi and really good teriyaki. The service is fast and good food is always reliable. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Last Saturday evening, my family and I had dinner with friends at NANIWA. We enjoyed a delicious meal of very fresh sashimi served with authentic Japanese sushi rice. The food quality was excellent, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and provided great service throughout the evening. We had a wonderful dining experience and would definitely come back again to try more dishes in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
