Wife ordered donuts & kolaches on Doordash. I went to pick them up - the guy asked if I was a Doordash - I said yes and showed him the items ordered on my phone. I left and on the way home checked and discovered that 2 donuts were missing. Pulled a u-turn and headed back. When I asked the guy where the donuts were, he said they had no creme filling so they refunded those items. I did not know this and he should have stated that when I originally picked up the order. I stated he should give me a free donut in response to their poor service - he didn't want to - again restating that we were refunded for the missing items. I reiterated that they should do that as a good gesture in compensation for their lack of communication. He finally gave me a free donut but filled it only half-way with jelly. I bought the brisket kolache, sausage and cheese kolache along with a chocolate doughnut. The doughnut was absolutely delicious, soft and pillowy not to mention bigger than some corporate chains. The kolaches have a sweet taste to the bread that you don’t normally get, I’m not mad at it. The lady at the counter was very nice and greeted me from the back when I came through. I would definitely come back to try their other doughnuts. No photos, everything was inhaled quickly. Today's is Natalie Donuts's first day open, their customer service, is great food tastes fresh, place is new and clean. They seemed eager as happy to see their first time customers. Prices are a little better than average in my opinion and the taste is good as expected.
