Authentic great tasting cajun food in the Philippines. The owner is from New Orleans and very dedicated to getting the ingredients needed to make the food authentic. He even makes his own sausage. I had the seafood jambalaya which was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. The owner is also very friendly and interesting to chat with. New Clark is far and a bit difficult to get to but this place is definitely worth the effort to go there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered liempo, sisig and jambalaya. Serving is few. Not satisfying. Price is not right for few serving. We requested for aircondition but we were just ignored. The servers seems not communicating well - I cancelled an order and it'still in the receipt. Please do better next time. Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A US Orleans-style cuisine with a mixed of local Filipino dishes located inside the New Clark City compound in Tarlac City. It is found opposite the New Clark Admin Bldg., beside 27th convenience store. To taste the American style dish, choose the Creole, Cajun, and Soul food; where you can find the Jambalaya (sticky yellow rice) and Gumbo. The owner is the black American spotted grilling the chicken. Albeit pricey, I ordered the seafood Jambalaya rice. The extension of Nawlins is the Papa G for those looking for alcoholic beverages. Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
