ordered thin crispy pizza with 4 topping, not thin , thick crust and a soggy bottom, toppings ?

Ordered Online at 8.45p.m (Shish Kebab) I patiently waited until 10.35p.m without any sign of my food so I rang and asked where it was and if there was a problem..I was told it was leaving the shop now with the driver and that the roads had been blocked with Trees that had been downwed the previous night!! This will have been the same route I drove earlier in the day which is 1.8 miles from my door to Naz's Grill in less than 10 mins...My Food arrived at 11.15p.m...2 and a half hours after I had ordered it...I actually wish it had been cancelled..Most Kebab shops in Sunderland are very very generous with portions Loads of Salad, Chilli and Garlic dips, 2 Pitta Bread and enough meat to feed a Street.....Not Naz's Grill Oh no the Box was so light I thought there was nothing in it....Well what I got was A small Chilli Dip, A Salad that wouldnt have satisfied a Rabbit, and 3 small Minced Lamb portions (which are actually Kofteh Not Shish) Oh and NOT a single Pitta Bread....Luckily I had some at home...... Overall - Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Delivery Service and The Food was worse than Terrible... Avoid at all cost I will NEVER order from here again and strongly advise you to go elsewhere...
