Really disappointed coming to breakfast/lunch here. Came in and at first was greeted and told to find our own seats and someone would be with us. Ended up getting our own table and waited 15 minutes for someone to approach. Ended up not getting serviced so we had walked to get our own menu after waiting an additional 20 minutes we were still not approached. It was not a busy morning and there were a few other tables that had been seated but all 4 waitress/waiters were servicing those tables and coming back every few minutes to take their orders and ask if they needed anything. After 45 minutes of waiting and not having anyone come up to us as they were still serving the other tables we left very disappointed. Very clear that they were avoiding us and not serving us as they were serving all other customers. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch

Sat down at one of there tables had no menus for 15 minutes until i went up and grabbed our own then sat there for 30 minutes waiting to get served and noone served us.it was also not very busy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Amazing food and sensational customer service. Dom has built an incredible culture at neighbours cafe and it shows in it's staff and customers. Added bonus, you would struggle to find serving sizes bigger anywhere else! Whenever I am in Prahran I stop in at Neighbouts Cafe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–40 Recommended dishes: Shakshuka, Bush Lamb and Sweet Potato Hash, Beer Battered Chips, Superfood Salad with Chicken
