I’ve only ordered from this man twice. On both occasions I was greeted with a look of contempt and he was slow to get up from his seat. The coffee was burnt and barely up to standard. Get very bad vibes off him. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a very upsetting experience here. I simply asked for a coffee and was laughed at by the person in charge, who showed no customer service skills and clearly had no knowledge of how to make a proper coffee. Comparing your coffee to other shops that “do it better” isn’t professional—it’s disrespectful. Charging €3.80 for a bitter, poorly made coffee is unacceptable, especially when paired with that kind of attitude. Everyone deserves respect, especially paying customers. If you can’t make a decent coffee, you should give the opportunity to someone who can. As both an owner and barista, you failed to deliver on the most basic expectations. If I could give zero stars, I would. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
