Honestly, the manger of the boutique is rude and arrogant. I feel remorseful for my 10 year Patronage at the establishment; it’s not my first encounter with him; he always has this deeming, condescending attitude that he needs to work on. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am writing this review to express my frustration with the online delivery service of Nespresso Club in Saudi Arabia. I placed an online order through Nespresso Club and was promised delivery within a few days. Instead, I received my shipment six weeks after the scheduled delivery date. During this period, no one was answering the Nespresso hotline despite multiple attempts to reach customer service. The lack of response and follow-up reflects very poor customer service for online deliveries. I visited the point of sale store seeking assistance, but even the salesman there was unable to reach the online customer service team. The issue was only resolved after filing a complaint with the official authorities. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend picking up your orders directly from the point of sale rather than relying on online delivery. The in-store staff are helpful, but the online service system requires significant improvement. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
